Shine Works

The Shine Works are paintings made with oil paint dissolved in turpentine on cotton canvas. Berro first painted a large 240cm x 240cm canvas and then cut the canvas into multiple smaller 30cm x 30cm pieces.

He painted the large canvas with a lot of motion while standing on it in an almost Pollock-like motion. Berro chose the areas for the smaller paintings with his principle of balance in mind.
